The curse of December, January and March 👺👺👺
Usually for agents who do well for the year, they will start planning for next year.
So during December – they will start to do research on how to improve their business.
Usually apply the “business model” of another agent that is doing well on that very year as well.
The grass is always greener at the other side.
So usually we will only focus on
- how good
- how convenient
- how systematic
his business model is.
And then compare and say
- how bad
- how sad and
- how poorly managed our business model is
This is a very common feeling.
But have you asked the person you are modeling after – how he feels about his business model?
He will share the same bad, sad and poor management his business can be.
If he never…then he is just simply being more positive thinking than you.
So once January hit, you will start up with your new business model fresh ahead.
This is the time you set a new goal, new targets and new you to fight for your new system.
Not long after, you are enjoying and celebrating – especially your previous year’s record high results + your CNY celebration and your annual achievement awards presented to you on your previous year’s results.
Then you notice…
The new system, the new you is not working.
And you are getting further and further away from your new target 🥴🥴🥴😰😰😰
By now it should be March or April.
You will stop “the new system” that you have built and get a bit lost in direction.
Those who are hungry enough will start to change back fast and take up anything and everything to make back every dollar fast.
Those who are a bit richer will be thinking – the target is further and further away…
So how can I multiply the profit in every deal to make sure you catch up with the losses?
Eventually any deal you work on is no longer for your client’s interest but just your target!

And believe me:
Your client can feel you and whether you are truly genuinely concerned for them.
And there goes your whole year.
Today we are stepping into the 2nd half of the year.
I think it is time to look back, what make your result so good last year?
- It is not by luck❌
- It is actually by skills 💪🏼💪🏼
And the skill is actually very easy.
“Cos you care for them”
You put yourself in their shoes to give them the best advice and care for them.
That is why they trust you.
They can be your referral, your PropertyGuru buyer or your Facebook leads.
Anywhere and everywhere.
Cos you care for them and they feel you.
That is why they do business with you.
But today all you care about is your target and your own benefit.
Their needs is no longer being addressed and well taken care of anymore.
That is why your deals are gone and you think you are meeting more stubborn people…
Then you start to doubt last year was whether by luck.
Now it is time to restart all over again with your client interest in mind.
Complete the 2nd half of the year with a more fulfilling life by helping more people in the market.
